Yoga Makes Us More Comfortable

Katji is a sensitive, creative and earth conscious spirit by nature. When she found yoga, it was like coming home, yoga makes US MORE COMFORTABLE being of  who we are.

Original from Austria ,her love to snowboarding brought her to the French Alpes of Val thorens, a magic place to be and to experience freedom on the Mountain.

The practice of yoga is a playful way to experiment and discover your total dependence on the environment. The air you breath, the water you drink ,the warmth of the sun at and the moon in the coolness of the night. A human mistake is the wish to become independent by creating a controllable sub-environment ,as the confuses the body’s intelligence to understand the nature of transformation and weakens the immune system .

Rooted in Classical Hatha, and influenced by many styles and beloved gurus; her  classes are fun, focused, and very naturally flowing; lightheartedly exploring and embracing our shared humanness. Katji also brings pranayama and meditation into each class providing a truly balanced, grounded and holistic experience.

Meditation helps you know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and sleep more soundly.It helps you be more efficient and creative, hold onto less stress, be more balanced and become more comfortable in your own skin.

Science has proven that the practice of meditation helps you spend time in a state of conscious rest, ushering your body back into its natural state of seeking healing. Each time you sit, your practice dissolves stress, bit by bit, and helps your body release states of tension and disease, both at the surface and deep within your cells.

Creatively, your meditation practice helps you see and receive your highest vision, and stay closely connected to your heart’s mission. Meditation helps you know yourself better, appreciate yourself and others more, and sleep more soundly. It helps you be more efficient and creative, hold onto less stress, be more balanced and become more comfortable in your own skin.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, sometimes also called the mother of the Yogas. The eight limbs of Yoga as in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are integrated in each session (Kriya).

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced approach practice where poses are held for a longer period of time in a relaxed manner, up to 5 minutes or more.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the phenomenon of aligning the human system with the cosmic – a way to hold one’s system in a way that it will become a receptacle to receive and hold the entire cosmos
